Realizing the immense destructive potential of their captive gargantuan primate, the military devises a plan to counter its power by creating an advanced combat Artificial Intelligence known as Mecha Ape. However, during its initial trial, an unforeseen catastrophe unfolds, leading to disastrous consequences. With no other alternative, the military is forced to unleash the incarcerated giant ape to confront the colossal robot, which is now on a rampage, threatening to lay waste to downtown Chicago.
